At Lincoln Warriors wrestling club we believe that as a part of planning for your wrestlers success on the mat it is important to have goals and a plan for their continued improvement. We start that planning by providing a curriculum for each of our training groups.

We divide our program into groups each practice to allow your wrestler to work on the moved best suited to their current need, to reach their goal of success. The moves we work with each group are guided by the curriculum that we have developed. The goal is that our wrestlers will master the skills in each group during their time with the club.

Our basic curriculum is laid out below. However, during the season as our wrestlers progress toward their goals we will add additional moves to the current session to suit the needs of our wrestlers. The curriculum with videos explaining all of the moves is available for current club members.
