Lincoln Warriors are offering freestyle practice on Wednesday nights March 30- May 4, 2022 6:30-8. Our goal is to give wrestlers the opportunity to try one of the Olympic styles of wrestling, and give them an opportunity to practice a little later in the year. The practices are not designed to be sequential, so wrestlers can come and participate in any practice and they will not need a base knowledge, other than what they have from folkstyle to participate. This allows your wrestler to participate in practices as their schedule allows.
There is no cost for these practices, we are offering them free to all wrestlers in the area. Wrestler do need to have a current USA wrestling card and sign a wavier for liability purposes. Practices are at Lincoln High, enter door 29 on South side of the building, near the baseball field home plate. Wrestling room is above the weight room.
